Once you press the "checkout" button, we ship out your order the same day you place it. Place your order before 5 PM PST and once we verify billing and shipping information, we will carefully pack and ship your order the same day. Refrigerated products need more care and might ship the next day.
US Shipping Free on all orders $60 and over. Shipping on orders less than $60 is flat rate $8.00
International Shipping Free on all orders $300 and over. Shipping on orders less than $300 is flat rate $20.00
Same-day shipping doesn't apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Please note: orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the earliest business day. Also, orders over $500 will require a signature at delivery.
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We even ship to military postal addresses. We offer international shipping.
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is back ordered, we'll stay on top of it. We'll notify you by email and will ship it as soon as it's available, usually within a week or less.
Your order will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, usually within 5-7 business days, (U.S. territories shipping) Delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and the destination. Don't forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

If the status is "complete" or "partially shipped," your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.
Temperature-sensitive items get extra care! This includes Air Shipping using an ice pack and a Styrofoam Cooler. We automatically add these extra items, along with a flat cooler fee.
